Position Summary

The Site Manager is responsible for leading all plant operations at the East Chicago, Indiana facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production of custom powder materials. This position plays a key role in driving operational excellence, employee engagement, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing processes.

The Site Manager will oversee daily plant performance, manage personnel, optimize production schedules, and ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory mandates. This role requires strong leadership, strategic problem-solving, and a hands-on approach to managing a dynamic, fast-paced industrial environment.

Requirements : Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations including production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and safety.
• Ensure plant performance aligns with company objectives for efficiency, output, and quality.
• Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
• Oversee material flow, powder processing, blending, and packaging to maintain on-time customer delivery and product integrity.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Technical teams to refine particle sizing, improve formulations, and address technical challenges in powder processing.
