This is a driving post, requiring you to have a valid driver's license. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the retail or mall location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting visitors, tenants, and employees as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail or mall premises and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any security-related irregularities, hazards, or unusual situations within the location to Allied Universal management or the appropriate authorities.

Interact with the public in a professional manner, offering assistance and guidance as required.

Support Allied Universal and / or client staff during emergency situations, following established protocols for the location.

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all incidents, patrols, and security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements :

A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
