Here at OCI we’re building the world’s largest AI clusters and we’re the fastest at bringing them to market. The AI Infrastructure organization at OCI is leading this effort.
As part of this focus on AI workloads and customers we’re building provisioning, repair, monitoring, maintenance, configuration and validation systems that enable us to deliver high‑quality GPU clusters to our customers and operate them with high availability. These systems are responsible for firmware management of the GPUs, the high‑speed backend NICs and automated validation and for GPU servers. Together they build the GPU specialization on top of the general compute Data plane which enables us to deliver high‑performing and high‑availability offerings to our customers.
Role Overview
In this role you would lead the software development organization building out and operating these systems and work with some of the largest players in the AI space. You should be a systems specialist with exposure to low‑level drivers and firmware, knowledge of repair systems, and the ability to architect broad system interactions. You should value simplicity and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership, direction and strategy.
Establish and develop an organization to meet and execute on strategy.
Work with geographically distributed teams and contribute to the success of these and related teams.
Deliver large‑scale projects on time with high quality.
Required Qualifications
MS or BS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience managing Software Engineering teams.
12+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
7–10+ years’ experience delivering and operating large‑scale, highly available systems with exposure to low‑level drivers, firmware, and systems debugging.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals.
Working familiarity with networking protocols (TCP / IP, HTTP) and standard network architectures.
Strong experience and detailed technical knowledge in high‑performance computing and GPU systems.

US Salary Range : $141,200 – $338,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
