Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire Nurses (RNs ) PER DIEM weekend positions in :

Area 1 : Boston (Boston, Dorchester, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Mattapan, Roslindale, Roxbury, Roxbury Crossing, South Boston, South End, West Roxbury)..
Area 2 : Brighton (Brighton, Cambridge, Charlestown, Somerville).

Qualifications of Staff Nurse include :

A current nursing license in Massachusetts (RN).

Hands-on nursing experience as an RN.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively as an RN.

Strong interpersonal skills as an RN.

Good computer skills.

Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned as an RN.

Responsibilities of Staff Nurse include :

Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes as an RN.

Assess, evaluate, and teach clients regarding their disease processes and treatments as an RN.

Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs as an RN.

Provide hands-on nursing care, like administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician as an RN.

Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery as an RN.
