Key Responsibilities

Support the North American GTM / Sales support team during a leave of absence

Provide legal guidance and deal support for Cloud commercial transactions, focusing on the Automotive and Biotech Industries

Manage significant transaction volume and complexity, particularly related to AI deals

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in tech transactions

Extensive knowledge of Cloud and AI commercial transactions

Ability to handle high transaction volume and complexity

Experience in supporting revenue-generating work

Remote work capability
