Digital And Technology Portfolio Manager

This role involves managing the full Digital & Technology (D&T) portfolio for the Personal Care business unit, providing cost transparency, process optimization opportunities, and building a pipeline of best-in-class digital products and solutions. Additionally, the leader will champion business outcomes and change management.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

Digital Portfolio Management

• Collect BG / BUs digital demands / problems (Po1 / Fo5 initiatives) that can leverage technology, data and digital channels to enhance processes, products, or services
• Present a comprehensive view of the BG / BUs digital portfolio to all levels of leadership
• Present a view of the D&T Portfolio by BG / BU to the BG / BU CDIO and BG / BU LT, with cost visibility, benefits realization & deployment timelines
• Support BG / BU CDIO, Strategy & Portfolio Owner & Domain Portfolio Lead in determining which BG / BU demands to prioritize
• Identify and escalate risks related to digital initiatives to relevant business stakeholders
• Support BG / BU CDIO on ensuring effective digital transformation & D&T service delivery for a BG / BU
• Track outcomes from now, next, beyond planning with BG / BU LT

Pay : The pay range for this position is $141,680 to $212,520. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. Bonus : This position is bonus eligible. Long-Term Incentive (LTI) : This position is LTI eligible.
