Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Driver CRE

As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and responding promptly to any issues. This driving post involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering outstanding customer service to all occupants and visitors. What You'll Do

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies if required.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including both the interior and the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
  • Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized access and / or disruptive behavior within the location.
  • Observe and report any unusual activities or incidents to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and / or client contacts as directed.
  • Document all patrols, incidents, and relevant activities accurately and in a timely manner according to Allied Universal procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with location staff and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and assist during emergency response activities when appropriate.

    • Minimum Requirements

  • Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • This position is primarily a driving post, which is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
