A well-established healthcare institution and one of Alabama’s only three Comprehensive Stroke Centers is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Neurologist to join its well-established hospital-employed Neurosciences team. This outpatient-only position offers an exceptional work-life balance, supportive infrastructure, and the ability to collaborate within a highly specialized and multidisciplinary neurology team.

Position Highlights
Outpatient-only General Neurology within a hospital-based clinic
No hospital call, weekends, or holiday requirements
Clinic hours : Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm | Fridays, 8am - 12pm
Practice at a single location on the main hospital campus
Ideal for candidates with a Neuromuscular or Neurophysiology fellowship
Neurodiagnostic testing and EMG / NCV available in-clinic with trained techs
Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team
Dedicated APP support in clinic
Integrated Neuromuscular Rehab and Balance Center
Practice Environment
420-bed tertiary referral center and Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine (ACOM) campus
Regional catchment area of 450,000+ across AL, GA, and FL
Advanced imaging : PET, 3T MRI, 64-slice CT, interventional radiology
Full spectrum of specialist support including neurosurgery, EP cardiology, and pain management
EMR : Cerner (hospital) and Athena (clinic)
Accredited Internal Medicine and Transitional Year residency programs
Dedicated oncology rehab, diagnostics, and supportive care services
