Descripción del trabajoGraduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Engineering, plus seven (7) years of experience related to engineering. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Texas; or ability to obtain within one year if licensed in another state. Complete the City of Austin employment application with detailed employment history. Resumes are not accepted. This is an exempt (salaried) position. Overtime is not provided. Verification of education and background checks are required for top candidates. Position classified as essential, requiring availability during emergencies, including after hours, holidays, and weekends. Travel to multiple sites may be required, depending on the candidate's driving eligibility. Experience in electric distribution design, construction, project management, and coordinating multiple projects. Must pass a criminal background check. Ability to meet travel and schedule requirements.

Salary & Hours
Pay range is commensurate; hours are Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.
