Reason for coverage : provider shortage during the absence of providers onsite

Schedule : 8 am to 5pm, M to F

Shift : M to F

Call : no On-call

Patient volume : 15 patients per day

Scope : primary care / family medicine (pediatric care encouraged)

EMR : Intergy / Greenway

Hospital : Not a hospital setting

Group / support : behavioral health, public health, nutrition, administration

Requirements (boards, license) : US Board Certification and US Medical Licensure Oregon Licensure preferred
