Software Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead software development processes including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support

Manage and develop staff through coaching, performance feedback, and conflict management while ensuring team alignment with company goals

Facilitate project prioritization, resource allocation, and budget management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience

5 years of related professional experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience

Preferred certifications include Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach

Experience in a large Scaled Agile Framework environment and delivering Salesforce solutions

Experience in healthcare and / or Payer Industries is preferred
