Job Summary

The Director of Financial Aid is responsible for the overall management and leadership of a variety of student funding service areas, including federal and state financial aid, workforce funding, and military benefit certifications. This position oversees Spokane Community College's federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs and services with a combined value in excess of $35 million annually. Reporting to the Vice President of Student Services, this role requires coordinating across campus and leading a team through internal and external changes, with the goal of developing and implementing a student-centric, seamless, and user-friendly student funding distribution process within the SCC Student Services model.
