Job Summary

As a Recruiter at Lokal, your primary objective will be to effectively screen and prepare candidates for client interviews. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless recruitment process, from initial outreach to successful candidate placement. You will be responsible for reaching out to a large pool of candidates daily, scheduling interviews, and maintaining high standards of communication and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate Outreach : Ensure that at least 8 candidates are lined up for client interviews each day.
  • Interview Completion : Ensure that a minimum of 4 interviews are conducted daily with shortlisted candidates.
  • Selection Rate : Achieve at least 2 candidate selections per day from the interviews conducted.
  • Joining Rate : Secure at least 1 confirmed candidate joining per day from the selections made. You will have targets on getting candidates joined and making them complete a specified period in the client company
  • Talk Time : Maintain an active talk time of 2.5 -3 hours daily to engage with candidates.
  • Profile Completion : Complete and document candidate profiles daily.
  • Screening and Scheduling : Screen candidates based on client-specific requirements and schedule interviews accordingly. Use Forms provided by the company to collect and organize candidate information.
  • Candidate Communication : Maintain consistent and proactive communication with candidates to ensure they attend scheduled interviews. Provide post-selection support to candidates to enhance their onboarding experience.
  • Data Management : Maintain up-to-date records of candidate interactions and outcomes.
