Engineering Lead

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Shape the technical direction of the program and support leadership in meeting delivery requirements

Provide coaching and development to engineering team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth

Lead team processes, advocate for best technical solutions, and manage hiring and performance for the team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience, with relevant experience substitutable for education

2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience in a technical environment

Conceptual understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and experience with React, Ruby, and Ruby on Rails

Strong API experience and familiarity with Datadog monitoring

Previous experience supporting the VA and extensive software development experience
