Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)

StartDate : ASAP

Available Shifts : 8 D

Pay Rate : $2490.03 - $2728.44

PT needed asap

Board certified, state license, BLS required.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor?s) : Required

Master's Degree : Preferred

Doctorate Degree : Preferred

Two years' Physical Therapy experience : Preferred

Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice : Required

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification : Required

Physical Therapist (PT) : Required

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Acute

Experience : 2 years

Licenses : PT-CA

Certifications : BLS(Copy needed)

SSN Required

DOB Required

Work History : Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history

References : 1 Reference in entire work history

Bachelors Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor?s) : Required

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree : Preferred

Doctorate Degree : Preferred
