Position Overview

We are seeking a full time, Idaho licensed mental health counselor LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC, or LMFT who is enthusiastic about providing high quality therapeutic services. You will play a key role in supporting clients through healing, growth, and personal transformation.

This position offers a steady client caseload, a supportive leadership team, and the opportunity to work in a busy and engaging setting where no two days feel the same. What You Will Do

• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients from all backgrounds and age groups

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy with compassion and professionalism

• Offer prevention oriented and evidence based therapeutic interventions

• Develop, review, and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with treatment providers, placement agencies, and community supports

• Complete documentation accurately and on time to ensure continuity and quality of care

What We’re Looking For

• Idaho licensure as an LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC, or LMFT, or eligibility for licensure

• Experience working with any of the following, children ages three and older, families, couples, individuals, and First Responders is highly valued

• Strong clinical knowledge in areas such as PTSD, play therapy, parenting support, behavior modification, and DSM 5 based interventions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to build rapport easily and create a welcoming therapeutic presence

• Organized, dependable, and team oriented with strong leadership qualities

• Familiarity with community mental health resources
