Associate Attorney - Medical Malpractice

Location : Uniondale, NY - Hybrid (WFH Monday & Friday)

Salary : $125k-$180k

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our personal injury law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and be passionate about advocating for clients. This role will involve working closely with senior attorneys to provide high-quality legal representation and support to clients in various personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and management of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and drafting of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing them with updates and guidance throughout their cases.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances as necessary.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure effective representation.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting personal injury cases.
