Summary:
We are building our Restaurant Team and are currently searching for energetic and reliable Hosts who thrive in a fast paced and upbeat environment with a particular attention to guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Guide our guests through the restaurant to their table
• Receive, enter, and accept payments for take-out orders
• Support the Server and Bartender staff in any way possible
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room, including bussing tables
• Provide outstanding hospitality to generate exceptional guest experiences
• Build relationships with new and existing guests to create repeat guests
• Work in a team-based environment where accountability of yourself and your peers is expected
• Always follow Banditos standards of cleanliness and sanitation in and around the building

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
• Hold yourself and peers accountable for their actions/inactions
• Passion for learning and applying that knowledge in your work
• Provide support in a team-centric environment to ensure exceptional guest experience

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and moving around restaurant at a fast pace
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the restaurant’s facilities.
