Job Description
Job Title : Sr. Sharepoint Administrator
Job Location : Farmington, CT
Duration : Contract
Description :
- 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint infrastructure, server, and site administration
- Hands-on experience installing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading, and managing a SharePoint Server or Farm
- Ability to configure service applications like Search, Metadata, and User Profile Synchronization
- Experience creating and maintaining a Content DB, including logging databases in SQL Server
- Experience with SharePoint event log troubleshooting, search administration, and troubleshooting, as well as farm planning and implementation of Service Pack and cumulative updates
- Knowledge of PowerShell programming
- Solid understanding of IIS, Active Directory, and Mail Configuration
- Understanding of configuring Business Connectivity Services for connecting to a SQL database or a WCF service
