Sr. Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster

Location: Arlington, TX (In-Office Position)

AS&G is seeking an experienced and motivated Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our dynamic team in Arlington, TX. This is an in-office role, reporting directly to our Arlington location. You will work closely within a team of Workers Compensation Adjusters —to deliver exceptional claim handling while maintaining compliance with company standards and state regulations.

As a Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster, you will play a key role in driving high-quality outcomes and supporting team success. Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all claims are handled in accordance with applicable statutes, regulations, and AS&G guidelines

• Delivering consistent, high-quality claim investigations, evaluations, and resolutions

• Collaborating with colleagues to promote a productive, service-driven team environment

• Maintaining timely communication with stakeholders and ensuring exceptional customer service

• Documenting claim activity clearly, accurately, and in compliance with internal requirements
