Job Overview :

Our client is one of Northern Indianas largest independent 100% employee-owned electrical distributors serving OEMs and contractors with premium electrical and automation solutions.

As we enter the next phase of our growth strategy were seeking a Sales Manager who can lead with insight collaborate across business units and help scale our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Leadership : Oversee inside and outside sales teams including OEM-focused reps and emerging business units (e.g. robotics wire spool servo motors).

Performance Monitoring : Analyze activity and sales data to identify trends gaps and opportunities; report findings to leadership.

Team Development : Support reps with situational guidance communication strategies and customer service best practices.

Cross-Unit Collaboration : Coordinate sales efforts across business units with shared commission structures and aligned goals.

Process Visibility : Maintain a clear understanding of how different sales processes interact and contribute to overall performance.

Technology Integration : Leverage advanced tools including NetSuite CRM AI-enhanced Outlook integrations and internal order systems to streamline workflows.
