Descripción del trabajoDevelop modern secure, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize for mobile responsiveness Collaborate with designers to create an intuitive user experience (UX) and implement UI components Utilize modern frameworks to manage application state Design, implement, and maintain a wide variety of APIs and microservices Integrate and manage databases, particularly Postgres and SQL Server, for data storage and retrieval Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to connect to Snowflake for seamless data processing and integration Write and optimize SQL queries for performance in SQL Server Develop and maintain efficient ETL processes to load data into Snowflake Ensure the reliability and integrity of the databases by implementing effective error-handling, security, and backup procedures Work closely with other developers, QA, and product teams to ensure timely delivery of features and fixes Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality, defect-free code Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and improve the quality of the codebase Deploy and maintain applications using cloud-based infrastructure Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in a production environment. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve application functionality and user experience Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer Strong proficiency with databases, including advanced queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization Solid understanding of modern front-end technologies Experience with RESTful API design and integration Extensive use of Git Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a strong plus Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle Experience with Snowflake or similar data warehousing solutions Experience working with GraphQL and WebSocket for real-time communication Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL frameworks Understanding of CI / CD processes and experience with tools like Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar Lead feature development and complex architectural changes Make critical decisions on system design, performance, and scalability Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers Drive best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards Perform deep debugging and analysis of system failures, latency issues, and bottlenecks Collaborate with stakeholders to align business goals with technical execution Improve software development processes, introduce automation, and reduce technical debt Can lead projects independently from inception to completion Able to identify potential system weaknesses and proactively improve them Provides strategic guidance on scaling, monitoring, and securing applications Can troubleshoot and resolve critical production incidents quickly Remote & Hybrid work opportunities Multiple medical plan options Health Savings Account with company contributions Dental & vision coverage for you and your dependents 401k with Company match Vacation, sick time & Company paid holidays Company wellbeing program with health insurance incentives

As a Full Stack Developer III, you will play a key role in engineering, developing, and supporting modern web applications using a variety of stacks such as :
- React, , SQL Server, and Snowflake environment
- React, Python FastAPI, Postgres
- Angular, C#, SQL Server
The ideal candidate should be proficient in both front-end and back-end development, with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. This is not blend into the background role; it is a key seat at the table of individuals shaping the future of HaloMD and taking its technology to the next level.
