Purpose of Position :

The Loader Associate has primary responsibility for making sure the correct nest run eggs are properly loaded onto the machine and the nest run supplies cleaned and stored.

Work Schedule : Work Schedule : 3 : 00 am – 7 : 00 am Monday to Friday and Saturdays as needed

At times, the Loader Associate will be privileged to information that should not be shared. The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality in performing their duties, not spreading information to others.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand. The employee is required to lift and / or move up to 45 pounds daily. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, soaps and / or chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to cold, and heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
