Shift : MondayFriday days with rotating weekends and on call

Job Description :

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring an experienced Home Health RN for a travel contract in Lumberton, NC. This position involves providing skilled nursing care in patients homes, completing OASIS documentation, and managing charting in Homecare Homebase. Nurses in this role must be comfortable working independently while delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans

Complete and maintain accurate OASIS documentation in Homecare Homebase

Provide skilled nursing care, including wound management and IV therapy

Educate patients and families on care needs and health management

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes

Qualifications :

Current RN license in North Carolina

Minimum 2 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year in home health

Proficiency with OASIS and Homecare Homebase required

Current BLS certification

Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and insurance

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
