Health Insurance Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Health Insurance 834 Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, document, and validate business needs for changes to processes, policies, and information systems

Gather and synthesize business requirements for low complexity software, systems, processes, and services

Act as a liaison between business areas and technical teams to ensure requirements are effectively communicated and met

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree)

3+ years of experience in functional, operational, business, data, systems, or testing analysis

Experience with inbound and outbound HIPAA 834 EDI files

Proficiency in using and programming databases

Strong expertise in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
