This position is located at Central Office in St. Paul and may have the flexibility to telework, work a hybrid schedule, or work in the office. The incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor. The incumbent will be expected to work in the office as determined by policy and discussion with their supervisor.

In this position, you will :

• Perform business analysis and project management in partnership with stakeholders to document the structure, policies, and operations of a process, application, or problem and recommend solutions or changes.
• Gather requirements related to the process, application, or problem.
• Ensure projects stay on track, risk and change are managed, and communications are timely, accurate, and strategic.
• Manage projects for the agency, which will improve processes, standards, workflows, and quality.
• Lead projects focused on automating workflows, improving operational efficiency, and streamlining business processes across the organization.
• Perform testing activities within an Agile Scrum framework, including participation in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Perform quality control and assurance activities in response to business process or system implementations.
