Key Responsibilities

Manage the administrative process for real estate deal approvals and prepare documentation

Evaluate potential retail locations using mapping analysis tools and maintain real estate data

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, or related fields

2+ years of experience in retail real estate, lease administration, or project management

Experience in the apparel or fashion retail industry

Familiarity with lease language and legal documentation

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools
