Summary
The Project Engineer II plays a crucial role in supporting the engineering team delivering essential municipal services that enhance urban living and support local government. The Project Engineer will be able engage in three aspects of Municipal Services civil engineering : Development Review and Land Development Project Management, Capital Improvement Planning and Project Management, and Public Infrastructure Design. The role involves working along industry professionals, seasoned engineers, junior engineers, and other technical staff to provide quality and streamlined services to local municipalities. The role may require the Project Engineer II to provide on-site services to clients working from municipalities. Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in engineering principles, dedication in evaluating municipal developments to uphold the highest standards for community welfare, and a passion for serving the community.

Compensation Range
$86,400.00 - $134,000.00
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the California SB 1162. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to : individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate, after a qualifying period, in our performance and discretionary incentive bonus program(s).
