IT Manager

A company is looking for an IT Manager to oversee IT support and system management.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for IT troubleshooting and support for all employees

Manage the company's MDM platform and maintain endpoint asset inventory

Partner with HR and Security to support onboarding / offboarding activities and administer Google Workspace environments

Required Qualifications

Experience with MDM configuration and management, specifically Jamf suite

Proficiency in MacOS administration and troubleshooting

Familiarity with endpoint anti-virus tools, such as Crowdstrike

Experience with automation and shell scripting

Background in collaborating with security teams on endpoint monitoring and remediation
