About The Position

Job Title : EEG Technician

Profession : Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics

Specialty : EEG Tech

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day

Hours per Shift : 8 hours

Experience : Minimum 2 years of EEG tech experience required

License : Valid state license required

Certifications : BLS, R.EEGT required

Must-Have : EMU monitoring experience required

Description :

Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM.

Experience with pediatrics is required.

This position involves working in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit, monitoring and performing maintenance on EEGs.

The role includes covering inpatient EEG requests as needed.

Work during holidays that occur during the scheduled shift is required.

One weekend shift per month is required.

RTO must be approved and arranged in the contract.

The manager will conduct interviews for this position.

Candidates will float within their scope if needed.

EPIC charting experience is required.

Preferred qualification : BSN.

All candidates must complete assigned modules.

The facility will review all background checks.

Candidates are not allowed to start with pending results from background checks.

Please plan start dates accordingly.

A natural nail policy is in effect.
