Licensed Product Counsel

A company is looking for a Product Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the legal partner for product teams throughout the development lifecycle

Provide guidance on consumer protection, AI, data privacy, and marketing regulations

Draft and maintain user-facing policies and support marketing and commercial teams on compliance

Required Qualifications

JD or international legal qualification and licensed to practice law

7-10 years of legal experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital products

Deep understanding of US, UK, and EU consumer protection laws

Strong knowledge of global privacy frameworks, including CCPA and GDPR

Experience supporting product teams in fast-paced environments
