Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with OR experience and an active OH or compact license for a day shift opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the Operating Room (CVOR) setting of a hospital
  • Day shift, Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm
  • 13-week assignment
  • Epic and Pyxis system access required
  • Provide direct patient care in the operating room, collaborating with physicians, care team members, and patients / families
  • Work under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager
  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized plans of care
  • Candidate will have access to confidential patient information
  • No COVID-19 vaccine requirement specified

    • Requirements

  • Active OH or compact RN license
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience required
  • Current BLS / BCLS and NIHSS certifications required
  • Must reside outside a 60 mile radius from the facility
