Position : Front Desk Representative

  • ASAP

Location : Columbus, OH

Job Summary :   We are seeking a motivated and professional Front Desk Representative to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing outstanding service. Your exceptional communication skills and friendly demeanor will be essential in managing inquiries, addressing concerns, and facilitating a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
  • Handle reservations and booking requests accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.

    • Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software applications.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
