Head of Group Benefits Product

A company is looking for a Corporate Vice President, Head of Group Benefit Solutions Product.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps for the GBS Product organization

Ensure products are competitive and provide an effective end-to-end service experience

Lead and mentor a team while collaborating with internal partners to design and deliver new products

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree and at least 8-10 years of broad product experience

Strong relationship building and change management skills in a matrix organization

Ability to drive results in uncertain and ambiguous environments

Proven experience in mapping out client and customer journeys to identify gaps

Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly adapt to new business areas
