Descripción del trabajoProvide customer service to clients, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as required. Help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior by conducting regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare environments. Observe and report security-related incidents, hazards, and / or unusual activity in and around the location. Communicate and collaborate with staff, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed to address incidents and support a secure environment. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, patrols, and incident reports according to site and Allied Universal requirements. Support access control by monitoring entry and exit points, checking identification, and verifying authorization when appropriate within the healthcare location. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR certification is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. Security Officer - Patient Transport
As a Security Officer - Patient Transport in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.
The Transportation Specialist will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The Transportation Specialist will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Sun 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
