A company is looking for a Director, Revenue Cycle Intelligence and Insights.

Key Responsibilities

Strategize and lead the development of a comprehensive analytics roadmap for the revenue cycle

Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and predictive models that inform enterprise decision-making

Collaborate with leaders to define KPIs and align analytics with operational and compliance goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's in Health Administration, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)

10+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, finance, or performance improvement with leadership responsibilities

Experience with large-scale transformation projects in provider or academic health systems preferred
