Your Role :

Full-Time Positions Available for All Shifts.

Base Pay : $32.48 - $33, with Shift Differentials up to $42.00 an Hour!

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be integral to ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include providing direct nursing care, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and overseeing the implementation of individual care plans.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Administer medications and treatments as per healthcare provider directives
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information
  • Work with the interdisciplinary team to create and execute care plans
  • Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as necessary
  • Guide and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in patient care
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols
