Job Details

Responsibilities :

1. Manage and coordinate tax planning, preparation, and review of complex tax returns, including partnerships, S-corps, HNWI, and pass-through entities.

2. Provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients.

3. Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand services.

4. Lead and mentor team members, fostering a learning environment and promoting professional development.

5. Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and regulations to ensure compliance and advise clients accordingly.

6. Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to deliver comprehensive tax solutions.

7. Participate in business development initiatives, contributing to the growth and reputation of the firm.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree in Taxation or a CPA certification is highly preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in public accounting or tax consulting.

3. Extensive experience with partnerships, S-corps, HNWI, individual tax, and pass-through entities.

4. Strong knowledge of federal and state tax codes, regulations, and case law.

5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.

6. Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex tax concepts in a clear and concise manner.

7. Proficiency in tax software and technology tools.

8. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop team members.

9. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding the firm's reputation.

10. Ability to manage multiple engagements, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
