Location : Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite : Tue–Thu)

Duration : 1 year | Strong chance of extension or full-time conversion

Start Date : December 30, 2025

Job Summary

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Derivatives Analyst to support the onboarding of derivative trading for our investment and insurance business. This role ensures all brokers, accounts, and legal agreements are properly set up so trading can run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle onboarding for exchange-traded, OTC, and cleared derivatives.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Operations, and Brokers for trading setup.
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.
  • Resolve trade setup or matching issues quickly.
  • Support process improvements and data cleanup projects.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in finance, investment operations, or middle office.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience with asset management or insurance companies.
  • Understanding of derivative instruments.

    • Schedule

    Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM

    Rate

    $41–$55 / hr (based on experience)
