Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Entry Level Water, Fire, Mold Damage Technician to join our team. As a technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the restoration of properties affected by water, fire, and mold damage. Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the restoration of properties affected by water, fire, and mold damage.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Learn and apply proper restoration techniques and procedures.

    • Expectations :

  • Attendance : Punctuality and regular attendance are crucial. Technicians are expected to arrive on time for scheduled shifts and be reliable in fulfilling their duties.
  • Communication : Clear and effective communication is essential. Technicians must be able to communicate with team members, supervisors, and clients in a professional manner.
  • Cleanliness : Maintaining cleanliness is important for the safety of all team members and the quality of our work. Technicians are expected to keep work areas clean and organized at all times.

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Certification or training in restoration services is a plus, but not required.
