Descripción del trabajoBachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field strongly preferred 5+ years of construction project management experience Expertise in construction costs, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering practices Must have strong presentation skills Competitive salary and outstanding annual performance bonuses Medical Insurance : Company covers up to 100% of the premium for team member health insurance and 50% for family coverage. Job Description

The focus of the Project Manager is to lead, direct, and coordinate the day-to-day management of the project.
What You Will Do :
- Create & maintain the Scorpio client experience from preconstruction through warranty
- Be the primary point of contact between the owner and Scorpio
- Update and project job costs
- Conduct Owner / Architect / Engineer Meetings
- Process change events & associated change orders
- Review and approve subcontractor pay apps & field invoices
- Assist superintendent with site logistics & management
