A company is looking for a Recruiter to support their Talent team in sourcing and hiring for clinical and healthcare operations roles.
Key Responsibilities
Support sourcing efforts for healthcare and operational roles
Conduct initial candidate screens and coordinate interviews
Maintain accurate candidate records and assist with onboarding coordination
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office tools
Experience in high-growth organizations is preferred
Exposure to full-cycle recruiting processes is a plus
