Descripción del trabajoLead daily plant operations across production, maintenance, quality, and workforce management As a VP of Operations, you'll serve as the strategic bridge between corporate leadership, ownership, and plant leadership to ensure alignment and accountability Mentor and develop plant leaders - including the plant manager, assistant plant manager, and production supervisors The VP of Operations will drive organizational development, evaluate staffing needs, and implement scheduling and role optimization Oversee large-scale expansion projects, facility improvements, and capital initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met Lead cultural change efforts to reinforce a mature, collaborative, professional working environment Negotiate key supply chain decisions, including orders, production timelines, and vendor relationships The VP of Operations will manage operational KPIs across production, quality, throughput, safety, and efficiency Support executive reporting and provide insights to leadership, ownership, and investors Extensive operations leadership experience within food manufacturing Proven track record managing large teams and complex production environments Bilingual (English / Spanish) strongly preferred given workforce composition Strong project leadership experience, including expansion and capital investment oversight The ideal VP of Operations will be patient, steady, and skilled at leading cultural transformation Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across corporate, plant, ownership, and investor groups High emotional intelligence and the ability to remain solutions-focused under pressure Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and general plant systems; budgeting / financial acumen is a plus
VP of Operations
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000 + Incentive Bonus
