We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to support our high-volume manufacturing operations. This role is key to ensuring the uptime, reliability, and safety of all production equipment across multiple departments.

You’ll work on a wide range of equipment — from heavy industrial presses and flow-forming machines to CNC systems — in a collaborative, fast-paced production environment.

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain both electrical and mechanical systems on industrial equipment

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability

Use multimeters and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve electrical or control system issues

Support installation, startup, and integration of new production machinery

Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals

Collaborate with production teams to meet schedules and continuous improvement goals

Maintain compliance with LOTO procedures, safety standards, and facility policies

Diagnose system malfunctions and perform repairs on industrial gas furnaces, heat-treat ovens, and related temperature control systems

Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment

Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, control circuits, and automation equipment

Experience with AC / DC drives, servos, sensors, and PLC-controlled systems

Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and logging

Spanish-speaking ability is a plus

Monday–Friday | Full-Time | 40 hours / week + overtime as needed
