Hand and Stone is seeking a rock star retail sales person to join our team. Under new ownership, our spa is on track to go from a bottom 20% spa to a top 5% spa in all of Hand & Stone. Job Duties

* Sell memberships & gift cards

* Create a pampering experience for our customers

* Answer phones and book appointments

* Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance

* Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy

* Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance

* Positive, energetic attitude

* Team player

* Perform various other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

* Track record of retail sales experience is preferred

* Desire to be in a sales position

* Experience hitting a sales quota is a plus.

* Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest

Compensation: $12 - $17 per hour
