Skills

Proficiency with Canva, all social media platforms, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Lightroom, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and attention to detail

Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience

Prior marketing experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Video creation / editing experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Design marketing materials for loan officers such as flyers, social media posts, slide decks, email signatures, landing pages, team logos, business cards, etc.

Create and edit engaging video content for social media, events, and internal company use

Ensure all marketing materials comply with industry regulations and company guidelines

Monitor social media accounts for compliance

Assist in event planning and coordination to promote brand awareness and engagement

Contribute to creating and fostering a positive company culture through office events and initiatives
