We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they achieve academic and personal success. This role involves developing and implementing IEPs, collaborating with general education teachers and parents, and maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred)

Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate with Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSD) Endorsement or eligibility

3–5 years of experience working with students with disabilities preferred

Strong knowledge of IEP development, differentiated instruction, and data-driven teaching practices

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and support personnel

Experience managing both inclusive and self-contained classroom settings

Proficiency in Google Workspace and digital learning tools

Successful completion of required criminal history background check

Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident status
