Now Hiring : HR Business Partner

Are you a strategic HR leader who thrives in fast-paced, values-driven environments? Garlock Houston is looking for an HR Business Partner to help shape a culture of safety, respect, and excellence.

This role blends hands-on HR execution with high-impact strategy. You’ll partner with leaders, coach teams, and drive initiatives in talent, development, change management, and employee relations.

What You’ll Do

Lead strategic HR initiatives that fuel growth and operational excellence
Design and deliver solutions in talent acquisition, development, and change management
Analyze workforce trends and data to drive action
Collaborate with site HR teams and operations leaders
Champion a culture of inclusion, safety, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

3+ years in an HRBP or equivalent role

Bachelor’s in HR, Management, or I / O Psychology

Strong communication, empathy, and critical thinking skills

Experience in employee relations and change management

Data-savvy mindset and strategic problem-solving ability

Spanish speaking is highly desired
