PRN- Registered nurse (RN)

Location : Essex, MD, 21221

Employment Type : PRN

Pay Rate : $35 - $40 / hr; (Negotiable based on experience)

Shifts Available :

  • 7 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM
  • 3 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM
  • 11 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM

Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care on an as-needed basis. The RN will deliver direct nursing care, collaborate with the healthcare team, and ensure patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with nursing standards.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient conditions and document changes in patient status accurately.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
  • Respond effectively to emergencies and provide necessary interventions.

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Valid RN license in the state of Maryland.
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience .
  • Current BLS / CPR certification .
  • Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible PRN hours including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
