A company is looking for a Cash Posting Specialist to manage cash collections and reconciliation for Home Health & Hospice agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee collection efforts and procedures in collaboration with Executive Directors and Revenue Cycle Portfolio Leaders
Provide training and support to Cash Posters and cover for absences as needed
Maintain knowledge of payor contracts and government billing regulations, ensuring compliance and effective collections
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years' experience in healthcare billing and collections management, preferably in home health or hospice
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
Capability to manage detailed information accurately
Experience working collaboratively with various stakeholders
Demonstrated qualities of ingenuity, autonomy, and flexibility in job performance
